As a marketing team, our job is to deliver best in class communications and frictionless customer journeys. We think creatively about how to have valuable conversations with our customers and make sure they understand our products.
You’ll join a dynamic, fast paced innovative team, made up of enthusiastic and experienced marketers. You’ll help us drive leads and revenue for the business through campaigns to prospects and customers. With exciting growth plans in Europe, we are looking for a driven marketer to join us.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need the spirit of entrepreneurship, a drive to work in an exciting fast-paced company and have a passion for delivering excellent marketing campaigns as well as collaborating with a variety of different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
We’re in a phase of rapid growth in North America, which is an integral strategic market for Liberis. This role will play a key part in shaping our success there by owning and implementing a best-in-class partner marketing strategy.
- Define and drive the marketing strategy across our growing North America partner portfolio
- Develop partner enablement resources to ensure successful, structured ways of working with partners
- Ensure monthly campaigns are delivered implementing best practice, test outcomes and regional insights for optimal results
- Track and analyze partner campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization
- Work with commercial teams (partnerships and growth) to ensure the marketing approach is closely aligned to commercial goals
- Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement. Sell these into partners and get their buy in, spearheading new initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners
- Gather region specific customer insights and apply these across the North America portfolio to improve marketing efficacy

- Be forward thinking and proactive, able to spot opportunities for growth and turn them into a tangible plan of action
- Lead by example; be a great role model for more junior members of the team and encourage them to achieve their full potential
- Think outside the box and always be striving for more, recognising that what works now might not work in 6 months’ time
- Be the customer champion. Care deeply about how communications impact our customers and what will resonate with them
- Build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders such as partnerships, sales, analytics and finance
We think you’ll need
- Experience working on multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in partnership management, key account, brand management or an agency role will be hugely beneficial
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time
- Great presentation and storytelling skills. Influencing both partners and internal stakeholders is a big part of the role
- A drive to get things done. As a business we have a lot of opportunities. You’ll do well in this role if you grab some of them
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
