The Role
Build and run partner marketing for EMEA and US: recruit and enable consultancies, VARs and SIs; create enablement kits, co-marketing programs, and measurement to drive partner-sourced pipeline. Shape the partner playbook, run ABM and outreach, support partner onboarding and proof-of-concept, and report partner-influenced results.
Summary Generated by Built In
Factbird helps manufacturers turn real-time production data into decisions they can act on. Since 2016 we've grown from our first customer in Denmark to more than 300 manufacturers across 28 countries, and we're only getting started. Our Manufacturing Intelligence suite is easy to use, honest about the facts, and built for the people on the shop floor first.
We're building a partner channel now: consultants, value-added resellers, and system integrators who already hold the trust of the manufacturers we want to reach. This role exists to make Factbird the obvious partnership to add, help those partners sell with confidence, and turn active partners into a compounding source of pipeline across EMEA and the US.
You'd be one of the people who builds this channel from the ground up, working closely with our EMEA and US partner managers and the wider marketing team to get it right from day one.
About the role
You'll own partner marketing end-to-end, running what is essentially two funnels at once: attracting the right partners and helping those partners win end customers. That means recruiting new partners, equipping them to sell with confidence, and then working alongside them to generate a real pipeline.
This channel is being built now, not inherited, so you'll be shaping the playbook rather than following one. You'll work hand in hand with partner managers across EMEA and the US and with marketing colleagues on brand, content, and demand generation to make sure partner marketing connects to everything else Factbird is doing.
This role suits someone who likes building over maintaining, who's comfortable being the person closest to the partner motion day to day, and who enjoys turning a rough idea into a program partners actually use.
What you'll do
Recruit — attract and sign partners
- Build the "Become a Partner" story and landing experience, including a clear three-model comparison and a business-case calculator.
- Own targeted outreach and account-based campaigns to consultancies, VARs, and system integrators, matched to the partner model that fits each profile.
- Plan partner-recruitment webinars, events, and thought-leadership content that position Factbird as the intelligence platform to resell.
Enable — help partners sell with confidence
- Create the partner enablement kit: pitch decks, ROI and business-case tools, battlecards, objection handling, and co-brandable collateral.
- Support Factbird Academy content and the partner portal so new partners can reach their first joint proof-of-concept within roughly 30 days.
- Keep partners engaged and informed with a regular newsletter and clear, useful communications.
Grow—drive demand together
- Co-create success stories, joint webinars, and through-partner campaigns that give both audiences something genuinely useful.
- Run co-marketing plays and market-development funds, and help prepare quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Measure and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and use what you learn to sharpen the next play.
About you
We're looking for someone who has built partner marketing programs before rather than just run them inside an existing playbook, someone equally comfortable writing a battlecard, briefing a webinar, and reading a pipeline report.
The ideal background
- Around 4+ years in B2B marketing, including 1-2 years in partner or channel marketing.
- A track record marketing to and through partners, specifically resellers, system integrators, or consultancies in technical or industrial environments.
- Experience building marketing programs from scratch, not just inheriting them.
- Strong content and campaign skills across digital, email, and events, with a good eye for a clear message.
- Comfort with account-based marketing and a modern CRM/marketing automation stack; HubSpot is a plus.
- A data-minded approach, measuring what you ship and letting results guide the next step.
- Excellent written and spoken English plus an additional EMEA language (German preferred) and ease working across EMEA and US time zones.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, OEE, MES, or industrial IoT is useful but not required to apply, we'll explore your exposure to it in conversation.
