As the SMB Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving pipeline creation and business growth through our leading small-to-medium business (SMB) partner ecosystem in North America. You will develop and execute impactful demand generation initiatives, collaborate with partners to activate campaigns, and leverage insights to optimize strategies. This role requires a focus on measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with SMB sales objectives and fostering strong partner relationships.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with teams including SMB Partner Sales, Partner Enablement, Demand Generation, and SMB Customer Marketing. Your success will drive SMB partner activation, reactivation, and demand generation, contributing to Klaviyo's growth within the SMB market segment.
How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Pipeline Target Ownership: Execute quarterly pipeline creation targets, ensuring alignment with SMB sales goals and Klaviyo's broader growth objectives.
  • High-Impact Partner Engagement: Prioritize collaboration with top-performing partners by designing tailored initiatives, events, and scalable campaigns that drive substantial pipeline contributions. Focus efforts on maximizing impact with and through Klaviyo's leading SMB partners, ensuring high adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Demand Generation: Lead the execution of co-marketing campaigns and events that resonate with SMB-focused partners, with a strong emphasis on generating high-quality leads to drive measurable ROI and partner satisfaction.
  • Performance Alignment: Collaborate with SMB Partner Sales Leaders to accomplish goals and adapt strategies, addressing partner and market dynamics.
  • Optimization & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track KPIs such as pipeline creation, lead quality, and campaign performance, refining approaches to maximize results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Creation:
    • Develop and manage SMB-focused demand generation campaigns with priority partners.
    • Align closely with the SMB Partner Sales team to ensure synchronized efforts and mutual goal attainment.
    • Engage in partner activation and reactivation to maximize market reach and opportunity generation.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development
    • Work closely with SMB priority partners to co-develop joint marketing plans tailored to their target audiences and unique market strengths.
    • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with priority partners to evaluate campaign outcomes and align on future initiatives.
  • Campaign & Initiative Execution:
    • Drive adoption of partner demand acceleration campaigns, ensuring successful implementation and execution across the SMB segment.
    • Provide resources and support for partner-led events and demand generation initiatives, ensuring maximum pipeline impact.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate and manage MDF strategically to support high-impact initiatives.
    • Continuously assess and optimize budget usage to prioritize campaigns with the strongest ROI potential.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Monitor and report on campaign success metrics, including pipeline generation and MDF ROI.
    • Leverage insights to inform ongoing improvements to partner marketing activities.


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or a related field, preferably within the SMB space.
  • Ability to plan, design and execute marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Expert in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks to keep projects aligned, maintain accountability, and build trust through clear communication and efficient execution.Ability to travel and execute initiative and events with leading SMB partners in North America
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and partners to drive shared goals.
  • Skilled in tracking performance metrics, analyzing outcomes, and iterating on strategies to optimize effectiveness.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, adept at creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Able to manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.


The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$104,000 - $156,000 USD
