The Role
As we continue to strengthen our partner ecosystem, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to build and nurture strategic relationships. In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, execute joint campaigns, and drive mutual growth through close collaboration with our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to support our partner programs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners.
- Planning and executing joint marketing campaigns and events.
- Analyzing and optimizing the performance of partner marketing activities.
- Collaboration with internal teams such as sales and partner management.
- Creation of marketing materials and presentations for partners.
- Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analyses.
Key Requirements
- Completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in partner or channel marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Team player, networker with high self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
