We are looking for an experienced Global Head of Marketing Cutting Tool Solutions  (m/f/d) for our division Cutting Tool Solutions to take responsibility for the development and implementation of our marketing strategies. The focus will be on both product-oriented and target group-oriented communication within our Cutting Tool Solutions Division. In this key position, you will report directly to the Director Marketing & Communication and play a key role in the global positioning of our company, as well as our products and solutions.

Your tasks:

• Developing a holistic marketing and communication strategy for the Cutting Tool Solution Division, based on the strategic directives from the group level

• Central planning of global marketing and communication activities regarding products, solutions & services as well as our market segments and target groups

• Implement a cross-media communication plan and implement an effective communication mix (online and offline) along the entire customer journey including innovative digital marketing initiatives, trade fairs and events that inspire our target groups

• Support sales in generating leads and work closely with the sales team to support sales activities

• Lead a global team of approximately 20 employees, strategically develop the department, and take responsibility for the central marketing communication budget as well as planning and controlling the departmental budget

• Actively driving the development of the department towards a strategically aligned unit with a greater impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities

• Guiding and advancing the marketing change process to transform the department from a service-oriented to a strategically impactful one

Your profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Business Administration or comparable professional long term experience in international Industrial Marketing (cutting tools if possible), Strategic Marketing and Global Marketing

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English; additional German skills are of advantage

• Strong expertise in Branding, Marketing & Communication, graphic aesthetics and storytelling

• High level of responsibility, with strong persuasive and implementation skills

• Well-developed leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of internal and external members

• Ability to foster a supportive team environment and drive a change process
