Job Description

SS&C Blue Prism helps organisations redefine how work gets done through Agentic Intelligent Automation.

Building on our leadership in enterprise automation, we enable people, digital workers and AI agents to work together securely and effectively. At the heart of this strategy is SS&C Blue Prism WorkHQ, our platform for orchestrating work across humans, digital workers and AI agents with the governance and control required by large enterprises.

Our partners are central to this strategy, helping customers transform, build new solutions, and take our technology to market at scale.

We are looking for a commercially driven Partner Manager for DACH & CEE to join our EMEA Partners & Alliances organisation, reporting directly to the SVP, Partners & Alliances, EMEA.

DACH & CEE is an important region for SS&C Blue Prism, with a strong customer base and established partner ecosystem. This role is focused on growing that existing business while building the next phase of growth.

You will strengthen our strategic partnerships, expand their relevance around WorkHQ and Agentic Intelligent Automation, and develop new relationships where they can add meaningful reach, capability, or market access.

A strong interlock with our regional sales organisation is critical. You will work closely with sales leadership and account teams to align partner strategy, unlock new growth areas, and support the day-to-day management of partner-led opportunities.

Success will be measured through partner-led pipelines, revenue growth, customer expansion, and scalable routes to market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the partner strategy across DACH & CEE in close interlock with regional sales leadership, aligning priorities, target accounts, growth areas and execution.

  • Grow existing partner relationships across revenue, pipeline, customer value and strategic relevance.

  • Build and execute joint partner plans covering account alignment, go-to-market activity and enablement.

  • Work closely with sales teams on account planning, opportunity development, and day-to-day execution.

  • Collaborate with peers across EMEA to replicate successful partner plays, share best practice and scale proven approaches across markets.

  • Drive innovation with partners, develop new propositions, use cases and creative commercial routes to market around WorkHQ, Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation.

  • Identify new growth areas, customer opportunities and routes to market through the partner ecosystem.

  • Develop new partners where they add clear capability, coverage, or market access.

  • Build strong relationships across partner executives, sales, consulting, technical and delivery teams.

  • Maintain strong commercial discipline around pipelines, forecasting, investment, and business outcomes.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading partner sales in the region, with clear accountability for partner strategy, pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong track record of growing established partnerships and creating new revenue opportunities.

  • Experience developing new partner relationships and routes to market.

  • Experience selling AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions.

  • Experience working with systems integrators, consultancies/advisory firms and reseller partners.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across partner organisations, sales teams, and internal functions.

  • Experience working closely with direct sales teams on account planning, pipeline development and opportunity execution.

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge established approaches and create new commercial models.

  • Strong commercial judgement, creativity, and new business instincts.

  • Confidence engaging with senior executives and influencing at C-suite and practice leadership level.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results orientated and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

  • Fluent German and English are strongly preferred. Additional Central or Eastern European language capability would be an advantage.

Why Join Us?

DACH & CEE already represents a significant business for SS&C Blue Prism, supported by established customers and strong partner relationships.

SS&C Blue Prism WorkHQ and Agentic Intelligent Automation create a significant opportunity to grow that business further through both our existing ecosystem and selective new partnerships.

You will join a high-energy, ambitious and highly collaborative EMEA Partner team that shares ideas, replicates success and supports each other in delivering results. We encourage new thinking, entrepreneurialism, and the freedom to challenge how things have traditionally been done.

This is a high-visibility growth role with the autonomy to shape partner strategy, work with leading systems integrators and consultancies, and directly influence our growth across DACH & CEE.

For the right person, there is a significant opportunity to make an impact and achieve great success as we enter the next phase of our growth.
