As a Partner Manager, you will be the key link between Canon and our B2B partners, promoting our Digital Printing and Solutions portfolio. We’re looking for a dynamic Partner Manager B2B to drive growth and strengthen relationships within our partner network. Responsibilities

Drive Partner & Distribution Success: Act as the go-to expert for Canon’s Digital Printing, Scanning & Workflow Solutions. Help distributors and partners grow Canon’s share in their portfolio, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver complex solutions to end customers.
Grow the Network: Identify and onboard high-potential partners who can accelerate Canon’s presence in the B2B area
Shape Strategy: Develop tailored business plans and marketing campaigns
Enable Excellence: Deliver impactful product demos, hands-on training, and sales enablement programs that empower partners to sell complex solutions confidently.

Own Distribution Health & Analytics: Track the health of the distribution network: sales performance, Canon share in partner portfolios, pipeline quality, inventory turnover, remaining stock and promotion effectiveness. Identify early warning signals and recommend concrete actions to optimize stock and accelerate sell-out.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Analyze competitor moves, track emerging trends in digital printing, and provide insights that influence strategic decisions.
Ensure Operational Precision: Maintain accurate forecasts, manage partner pipelines in Salesforce, and ensure timely reporting for seamless execution.
Drive Pipeline Creation: Engage directly with focus end-customers to uncover business needs, generate new opportunities, and accelerate demand for Canon’s digital printing and workflow solutions.
Activate the Market: Participate in targeted demand-gen initiatives - events, workshops, campaigns, and account-based activities - that create awareness and stimulate interest at the user level.
Influence Decision Makers: Deliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to senior executives and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact in complex solution discussions

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B partner, channel or distribution management

  • Track record in hardware and software solution sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Analytical Skill: sales, pipeline, inventory, turnover and remaining stock

  • Hands-on experience with Excel and CRM: dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Google Sheets) are an advantage

  • Commercial acumen and financial awareness

  • Tech-savvy with solid IT knowledge and CRM experience

  • Fluent in Business English and Russian

  • Driving license and willingness to travel
