Are you the commercially oriented Partner Management Executive who can combine business development with strategic channels to deliver revenue for both parties?

 

As part of the Partner Management team, you support and facilitate the successful growth of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of supporting Partners directly through the sales cycle, coaching on account management, opportunity management and deal closure to meet revenue objectives.

Business Planning & Management:

  • Understand the partner's growth ambitions within the context of our partnership and collaboratively define clear, measurable objectives ensures that both parties are working towards shared goals and maximizing mutual success.
  • Manage the partner and Mendix growth objectives through facilitating engagements aimed at fostering strategic alignment and executive sponsorship.
  • Facilitate the partner's business transformation with the ultimate goal of achieving greater agility, innovation, and competitive advantage in the digital landscape.
  • Guide partners through various stages of business transformation, such as adopting new technologies, evolving business models, or expanding into adjacent markets.
  • Manage partner performance to achieve qualification for Partner recognition
  • Manage partners to optimize sales resources and processes, customer retention efforts, and subscription renewals.
  • Oversees and coordinates the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for partners. Facilitates productive meetings to review performance, align strategies, and drive actionable outcomes.

Coverage & Capacity:

  • Identify gaps in the current partner ecosystem and determine recruitment strategies to address them effectively.
  • Perform partner health analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement by analyzing key metrics and indicators.
  • Align business strategies across multiple regions, maximizing growth opportunities with consistency and efficiency.
  • Exploit new market opportunities aligned with partner's strategies.
  • Manage onboarding and further integration into Mendix

You’re the innovate we need if you have:

  • Proven track record of building profitable partnerships at previous software companies
  • Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team
  • Experience with recruiting new partners like independent software vendors and system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage partner relationships at all levels
