What you’ll achieve
Bring your passion to our Field Services Partner Management team. In this role, you will support the quality of field service delivery to our customers by creating simple reports and assisting with data analysis.
You will:
Analyze data related to Field Service partner performance, focusing on key metrics and identifying areas of failure.
Create simple reports to support the Field Services team.
Occasionally present performance insights based on your data analysis.
As part of the team you will be helping to develop and build automation processes for our team. Contribute to the development and implementation of automation processes within the team.

Essential Requirements
Slovak university student preferably in one of the following majors: statistics, econometric, engineering, or similar studies with statistics foundations
English language – fluent
Experience with MS Office applications: Word, Excel- advanced (Macros), PowerPoint
Analytical thinking
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of SQL foundations or other programming languages
PowerBI
Community of more than 100 interns at Dell Technologies Bratislava
Access into Learning studio – more than 2,000 online trainings,
Dell Laptop,
Option to continue in professional development programs after your graduation,
Networking groups – collaboration, community and personal development (ERGs).
