Partner Growth Manager
Zak Pines, VP, Partnerships at Formstack, is hiring a new key team member as we scale our partnerships-led growth.
Who You Are:
- You have a passion for partnerships & creating win-win business relationships
- You are growth-minded and a have strong experience and instincts for driving revenue growth through systemized programs
- You are quick to roll-up-your-sleeves and learn new things, particularly around Formstack products (workflow, data collection, document automation, digital signature, integrations)
- You want to be a key contributor on a team driving revenue growth and business impact through partnerships
- You are a team player who understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration in driving the impact of partnerships
- You love to solve problems and are always excited about tackling the next challenge
- You have experience with managing technology partnerships
What You’ll Do:
You will lead the day-to-day execution of our partner program directed towards technology partners, measured by new certified integrations and technology partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, driven by areas including:
- Manage launch programs for partners launching new integrations, including internal Formstack enablement and promotion as part of product releases, integrations directory and co-selling with partners
- Manage lead capture & referral process from technology partners to our partner sales team
- Manage account mapping process to enable our sales teams to most effectively co-sell with technology partners
- Deliver an excellent partner experience for integrators including outstanding responsiveness
- Deliver strong product knowledge daily around our digital forms, document automation & digital signature products, as partners look for solutioning guidance
How You’ll Succeed:
- Great communications with partners and cross functionally across Formstack
- Delivering against key performance metrics measured by partner engagement, pipeline and revenue
- Leveraging our proven processes & content to help scale efficiently
- Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up, social media) to grow partnerships & maintain partner growth momentum
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of SaaS ecosystems experience
- Effective communicator with an attention to detail
- Fearless, adaptive attitude to scale a partner sales engine
- Data-driven mentality with experience performing against quantitative metrics
- Great coachability
- Experience driving growth within a partner community / ecosystem
- Technical proficiency with Formstack products
Bonus Points:
- Experience or familiarity with key Formstack partner ecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Creatio, Zapier)
- Social media savvy
