Responsibilities Include

  • Work with OSATs, Foundry, 3PL, Cisco IT and Silicon One/Optics regional teams to align on an engagement model that drives high quality, rapid transformation
  • Working with Cisco IT, Partner IT/Biz, Components Business, CCO Business Architecture/ PMO/ D&A teams to deliver transformation projects
  • Report out on project status, define and align on risk, and work through the engagement model to resolve risks
  • Manage RAID log to burn down actions, issues, and KBD/KDDs with assigned owners
  • Support testing (requirements, burndown, defect resolution with partners, Cisco IT, CCO, and Business)

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
  • Extensive experience across semiconductor, fabless manufacturing, and digital transformation
  • Partnership Management: Strength in managing foundry, OSAT, and supplier relationships for synchronized planning and execution
  • Experience in managing large-scale programs/projects
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to Have: PMP Certification
