Partner Development Specialist will help the regional marketing managers with promoting current marketing campaigns, localizing and translating content from English to Spanish, and having a general background in content creation. This role will report under the Partner Marketing Team Lead.  This role will be a marketing operation and support role working with Growth/Sustainable accounts and their sales counterparts to act as a marketing liaison to help with marketing onboarding, product consumption through marketing campaigns, and localizing applicable content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help establish Acronis as the preferred backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity vendor within the regional partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners
  • Work closely with regional sales leadership to support partner marketing needs and partner growth in alignment with sales goals
  • Execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption
  • Support global and regional partner communications to efficiently broadcast key Acronis messaging
  • Support partner growth strategies to generate revenue, including nurture campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, lead-generating campaigns, email blasts, events, contests, incentives, and more
  • Support key regional marketing initiatives by providing reporting, logistics, and operational support, including Marketing Development Funds, Purchase Orders, and marketing collateral localization/translation

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience, preferred in B2B IT marketing area and in developing marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a bonus
  • Ability to successfully work a hybrid/remote role
  • Confident communicator and presenter, self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Exceptional time-management skills, organizational abilities, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities in a high-frequency environment
  • Willingness to travel to partner events and regional sales meetings
