Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Partner Development Manager to join our Digital Business Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline, executing joint Go-to-Market strategies, and scaling strategic relationships with System Integrators across the DACH region to accelerate digital growth.
You will report directly into the Digital Business Unit Partner organization, collaborating with a high-performing, global team dedicated to scaling digital transformation initiatives and net-new customer acquisition through robust partner ecosystems.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Ecosystem Development: Develop and own the multi-year partner business plan, identifying and recruiting strategic partners with high growth potential in the digital transformation and managed services space.
Revenue & Pipeline Execution: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the DACH region, achieving assigned sell-with and sell-through quota targets.
Partner Onboarding & Governance: Lead the end-to-end partner journey from recruitment and contracting to operational readiness, including the negotiation and governance of master framework agreements.
Co-Selling & Enablement: Enable partners to position and sell Iron Mountain’s digital portfolio, collaborating closely with direct sales teams on joint account planning and complex opportunity execution.
Relationship Management: Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strict alignment between Iron Mountain and partner field sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently negotiate, build relationships, and present to executives in both languages.
Proven experience in partner development, alliance management, or strategic channel sales within the technology or digital transformation sector.
Strong knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
Expertise in executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and driving co-selling initiatives with Global and Regional System Integrators.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate framework agreements and manage commercial governance across multi-national partner ecosystems.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of building executive-level relationships and driving cross-functional sales alignment.
