The Role

Partner Development Manager

Global Partnerships · Full-Time

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As a Partner Development Manager at AppsFlyer, you'll own the most important relationships in our partner ecosystem — working with top-tier media partners to build strategies that drive real, mutual growth. This isn't an account management role. You'll think like an owner: setting the direction, leading the execution, and making sure every partnership creates measurable impact for our mutual customers.

You'll need to get deep into our product — understanding the measurement, analytics, and attribution capabilities that matter to partners — and translate that into business value on both sides of the table. If you love operating at the intersection of product, strategy, and commercial outcomes, this role was built for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and own end-to-end partnership strategies with top-tier media partners and platforms, driving alignment between their goals and ours.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each partner's business — their product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, competitive pressures, and growth levers.
  • Map and navigate partner organizations effectively, building trusted relationships at multiple levels from commercial teams to product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of AppsFlyer solutions among mutual customers through joint initiatives, enablement programs, and co-selling motions.
  • Identify, plan, and execute collaboration opportunities — joint marketing, thought leadership, shared industry research, co-developed solutions.
  • Own project management across global partnership initiatives: set clear milestones, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable on both sides.
  • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear business cases that resonate with partner stakeholders at every level.
  • Build internal buy-in across product, marketing, sales, and leadership to unlock the resources partnerships need to succeed.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation — partnership plans, QBRs, executive summaries — that reflect the rigor and strategic thinking behind your work.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Strategic ownership: You take full responsibility for your partnerships — proactively spotting opportunities and gaps, building plans, and seeing them through without waiting to be asked.
  • Product fluency: You can quickly absorb complex product concepts, technical terminology, and platform mechanics — and connect them to partner and AppsFlyer business outcomes with clarity.
  • Project management: You're highly organized, able to run multiple global partnerships simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and keep all stakeholders aligned and moving.
  • Relationship-building: You earn trust at all levels — from day-to-day partner contacts to C-suite stakeholders — by being reliable, thoughtful, and consistently delivering on your commitments.
  • Communication and influence: You communicate with precision and confidence, whether you're presenting a joint strategy to a partner's leadership team or rallying internal stakeholders around a shared goal.
  • Business acumen: You understand how media and technology businesses work, what drives their decisions, and where AppsFlyer can genuinely add value — not just what makes a good story.
  • Problem-solving: When issues arise you stay clear-headed, work through them constructively, and find solutions that strengthen the relationship rather than strain it.
  • Documentation: You produce clear, well-structured records of partnership plans, agreements, and progress that hold up to scrutiny and serve as a reliable source of truth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 5+ years in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-impact, complex partnerships independently — with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong command of digital marketing technology: you understand how measurement, attribution, and ad-tech platforms work, and you can hold a credible conversation with technical and product stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and partnerships across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with media partners, ad networks, or platforms in the performance marketing ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

You'll join AppsFlyer's Global Partnerships team at a moment when our ecosystem sits at the center of how the industry measures, grows, and evolves. The partners you manage will directly shape product adoption and market direction — and you'll have the influence, the access, and the resources to make that happen.

For over a decade, we've been the trusted leader in measurement. Today, as the Modern Marketing Cloud, we're helping more than 15,000 brands worldwide turn fragmented data into confident, measurable growth. Your work will sit at the intersection of product strategy, commercial outcomes, and long-term ecosystem development.
