Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Partner Communications and Enablement Specialist who can sit confidently at the intersection of sales enablement, content creation, and marketing execution.

You’ll be the driving force behind how we communicate with and empower our Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs), helping them feel informed, motivated, and connected to Teya’s mission.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing: writing great content, coordinating campaigns, building resources, and making sure every communication adds value to our ISCs.

It offers significant autonomy and variety - perfect for someone with solid experience who’s looking for more ownership and feels ready to grow beyond their current ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Enablement & Content Creation

  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials - decks, playbooks, one-pagers, and product guides - ensuring information is current and on-brand.

  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content that supports ISC performance and product confidence.

  • Translate complex product details into simple, useful messaging for ISCs and their merchant conversations.

  • Support the Enablement team with updates to training materials, LMS pathways, and ongoing education content.

Partner Communications

  • Lead day-to-day communication with our ISC network through newsletters, product updates, event invitations, and program announcements.

  • Shape a consistent comms rhythm - ensuring ISCs know what’s happening, why it matters, and how to act on it.

  • Build meaningful connections with ISCs to understand the diversity of seller types and motivations, tailoring tone and message accordingly.

  • Gather feedback and insights from the field and use them to refine tone, structure, and content direction.

Campaigns & Marketing Activation

  • Support launches of new products, processes, and incentive programs with tailored partner campaigns and toolkits.

  • Write and design marketing collateral for use across multiple channels - email, WhatsApp, LMS, and events.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure all messaging is aligned, timely, and impactful.

Events & Engagement

  • Coordinate key ISC events and webinars - handling logistics, pre-event promotion, live delivery support, and post-event comms.

  • Partner with SMEs to spotlight success stories, training highlights, and community moments.

Organisation & Project Management

  • Plan and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with shifting priorities.

  • Confidently manage projects using Monday.com - ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely delivery.

  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, maintaining structure and momentum as priorities evolve.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track engagement performance across comms, campaigns, and LMS content using HubSpot, our LMS, and other tools within our tech stack.

  • Present learnings and recommendations that improve how we communicate and measure impact over time.

Your Story

Experience & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales enablement - ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or channel-based environment.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and priorities using tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar within a high-performing team.

  • Skilled in designing and delivering targeted email campaigns via HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.

  • Experience managing and coordinating events and webinars - experience with Zoom Events is a bonus.

  • Experience in building and tracking content and learning tracks through Learning Management Systems,

Content & Creativity

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills - able to simplify information and connect with diverse audiences.

  • Experience creating or managing multimedia content, including AI-generated video explainers, visual assets and email campaigns (Canva, PowerPoint, Synthesia, etc.).

  • A balance of creativity and process - equally comfortable building a campaign and managing the operational steps that make it happen.

Mindset & Collaboration

  • Strategic thinker with a full ownership mentality - able to take projects from ideation to execution, connecting creative ideas to commercial and enablement goals.

  • Naturally curious and people-focused - able to build trust with ISCs and tailor communications to different personas.

  • Organised, proactive, and confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

What Success Looks Like
  • Clear, consistent, and engaging communication that ISCs read, trust, and act on.

  • High-quality enablement and marketing content that boosts ISC confidence and performance.

  • Measurable uplift in ISC engagement across channels, events, and training.

  • Strong relationships with ISCs that inform more relevant, motivating communications.

  • Reliable, well-structured campaign delivery with smart use of tools and data.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture that champions small business success.

  • Real autonomy - the chance to shape how our Independent Sales Channel communicates and grows.

  • Variety and ownership across content, campaigns, and communication formats.

  • A high-energy, growth-oriented environment where ideas move fast and execution matters.

In Short

This isn’t a back-office marketing role - it’s a visible, high-impact position at the heart of how we engage, inform, and inspire our Independent Sales network. You’ll combine creativity with structure, turning ideas into campaigns that spark action and connection. From newsletters and launch comms to videos and events, you’ll own how our ISCs experience Teya - helping them feel part of something bigger, more professional, and more rewarding every day.
