About the Role:
As a Solutions Sales Partner - Insurance Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers (Nordics) in the banking and insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations. Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in bank and insurance finance areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
- Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
- Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Deep expertise in Insurance Industry topics including Life, P&C, Pension, Health etc.
- Proven experience in addressing digital transformation needs around Insurance Tech.
- Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks and insurance companies in Nordics.
- Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
- Business fluent in English.
