As a Partner Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help grow HiBob’s partner ecosystem across the Americas. You’ll identify, recruit, and onboard partners—including HR consultancies, benefits brokers, system integrators, and agencies—that can recommend HiBob to their clients.
You’ll build relationships with prospective partners, show them the value of working with HiBob, and collaborate with Channel Partner Managers to create a smooth transition from recruitment to ongoing partnership. If you have 1–2 years of sales or business development experience and enjoy building relationships in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Recruit new partners: Identify and engage prospective channel partners across the Americas, using tailored outreach and creative recruitment strategies.
- Build the partner pipeline: Manage inbound interest while proactively prospecting for partners with strong potential to grow with HiBob.
- Develop relationships: Establish credibility with prospective partners, understand their business goals, and clearly communicate how HiBob’s platform and partner program can benefit their clients.
- Test new approaches: Work with the team on campaigns, virtual events, and other initiatives that expand our reach and improve partner recruitment.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Channel Partner Managers to recruit partners who are a strong fit, and work with Technology Partner Managers to explore opportunities through existing integration relationships.
- Support onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams to give new partners a smooth experience from their first conversation through onboarding.
- Keep improving: Track your pipeline and results, refine your outreach, and help shape a growing partner acquisition program.
What You'll Bring
