Klaviyo's Partnerships team helps drive durable growth through our ecosystem of agency, systems integrator, and consultant partners. We work closely with partners to create demand, unlock new revenue, improve customer outcomes, and bring the full value of Klaviyo to market.
Klaviyo is shipping faster than ever. Our product doesn't wait on multi-year plans; it evolves in weekly sprints. A business moving at this speed needs an ecosystem that keeps up, and our partners are central to how we grow. Program Partners are a vital part of that story. So we design for self-service first, then wrap it in a local community and a network of peers, so every partner still feels a human connection. A partner who doesn't feel valued can't make their full impact.
At Klaviyo, we serve our partners through two experiences. Managed partners have graduated to a dedicated, high-touch Partner Account Manager by meeting our tier requirements and graduation thresholds.
Program Partners are building their Klaviyo practice, from newly onboarded agencies and boutique specialists to established firms who work with Klaviyo on select projects and referrals. Every Program Partner gets an always-on experience of digital enablement, workshops, office hours, community, and joint go-to-market opportunities, with a clear path to a named Partner Account Manager as their Klaviyo business grows.
Our best Partner Managers are commercial, partner-first, and highly collaborative. They know how to turn strong relationships into measurable business outcomes through joint go-to-market planning, co-sell execution, and partner enablement. In this role, you'll bring that approach to every Program Partner at scale.
About the roleThis role primarily supports our Commercial segment, which serves small to medium brands with under $30M in company revenue. As a Partner Account Manager, Program Partners, you will own our Program Partners across the segment: the hundreds of partners who have not yet graduated to managed status.
Program Partners are not a consolation prize. They drive new logos and Commercial coverage that other partners won't pursue, and we activate them through self-service portals, on-demand enablement, AI, and community.
You'll build a one-to-many growth model that combines partner lifecycle marketing, enablement, community, commercial activation, data, and automation. Your mission: help more partners build and grow a thriving Klaviyo practice, more frequently, so their business and their clients' results grow alongside measurable revenue growth with Klaviyo. You will turn that untapped potential into a reliable, repeatable source of partner-sourced revenue.
Our motto is that no partner is left behind, and our north star is that we have no inactive partners. The Klaviyo partner program should be a valuable asset and community for every partner, helping their business, and in turn their clients, grow.
Success is measured by partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won attached revenue. We also track the health of the Program Partner book of business through reach (how many partners are active), frequency (how often they source or attach deals), and yield (the value of each deal). Leading indicators such as certification progress, community engagement, portal adoption, and enablement cohort participation show us where to focus next.
How you'll make an impactDrive activation and commercial growth
- Increase the number of partners generating qualified opportunities and repeatable partner-sourced revenue.
- Build growth plays that help partners move from onboarding to first registered lead, first opportunity, and repeat sourcing.
- Partner with sales leaders, account executives, and BDRs on partner engagement, lead handoffs, and effective co-selling, including attaching certified, enabled partners for implementation and ongoing Klaviyo management and optimization.
- Drive the right behaviors with push and pull across content, resources, tasks in the partner portal, and lead registration adoption.
- Identify high-potential partners through performance and engagement signals, and trigger targeted support when it accelerates results. Fast-track the strongest toward managed status in partnership with the PAM team.
Create an exceptional partnership experience at scale
- Deliver a predictable cadence of digital enablement, partner workshops, office hours, community activities, and demand generation.
- Ensure partners feel connected and supported, and are enabled to use the right channels and avenues for their needs.
- Work with Partner Marketing and regional Partner Enablement to build sales plays, enablement cohorts, and demand-gen motions that partners can run with us.
- Market to our partners, and market through our partners to generate sourced opportunities. Build ecosystem and community along the way.
Run the book with data and AI
- Use partner health data and leading indicators (portal and content engagement, certification progress, lead registrations, pipeline, time to first deal) to decide where monthly GTM motions and sales plays should focus.
- Catch partners before they go inactive, and re-activate those who have.
- Surface accounts, opportunities, and untapped revenue or service opportunities for partners, proactively and at scale.
- Use AI and automation daily to segment the book, personalize outreach, build plays, and clear admin.
- You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or a related SaaS go-to-market role.
- You have driven partner-sourced pipeline or revenue through programs and scaled motions, not only through a handful of strategic relationships.
- You have worked with agencies, consultancies or tech partners that serve small and medium brands, ideally in ecommerce or martech.
- You have a data-first mindset: you read leading indicators, build segments, and turn them into action in tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- You are AI native: you know how to use the content, frameworks, and program resources at your disposal, and you build repeatable workflows, templates, and plays.
- You communicate well at scale, running webinars, cohorts, office hours, and campaigns that change partner behavior.
- You are confident working with sales leaders, AEs, and BDRs, and with Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Operations.
- You have a knack for uncovering revenue opportunities and surfacing them to partners and sales teams.
You thrive in a high-pace environment, with a "1% done" mentality: you move fast, ship, learn, and iterate, with no shortcuts in an industry and product that keep innovating.

Klaviyo Compensation & Benefits Highlights
How does Klaviyo ensure its pay and bonus plans are competitive?
Klaviyo supports competitive pay through a total rewards approach that combines salary, equity, bonus opportunities, benefits, learning support and a performance culture tied to measurable impact.
- Competitive total rewards: Klaviyo’s benefits overview highlights competitive salaries, 401(k) match, employee referral bonuses, equity, an employee stock purchase plan, flexible paid time off, commuter/transit support, fitness reimbursements, mental and emotional wellbeing programming and learning support. External reviews reinforce the value of the package, with employees citing competitive pay, bonuses, RSUs, ESPP, health insurance, parental leave, unlimited PTO and learning stipends as meaningful parts of the employee experience.
- Pay connected to impact and outcomes: Klaviyo’s handbook frames performance around ownership, clarity and measurable results. The value “Know the score” states that results matter more than effort alone, while “Drivers wanted” emphasizes proactive ownership and “Be meticulous in your craft” reinforces a high bar for work quality. That creates a compensation and recognition philosophy where strong outcomes, not just activity, are central to advancement and rewards.
- Equity and long-term value: Equity is a visible part of Klaviyo’s rewards story. Klaviyo offers equity packages to all full-time employees, vesting over four years, and provides an employee stock purchase plan. That ownership opportunity sits within a growing business: in Q1 2026, Klaviyo reported $358 million in revenue, up 28% year over year, and raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.514 billion to $1.522 billion. Those business results give employees a clear connection between company performance, long-term growth and the value of ownership-based compensation.
- Rewards supported by growth and development benefits: Klaviyo’s compensation package is paired with benefits that help employees grow their careers and build long-term value. K-Pro Learn, learning stipends, mentorship, Career Architecture and manager development programs support continued skill-building. A customer success manager noted that Klaviyo offers a learning stipend for job-related coaching or training, while employee survey insights show 78% of respondents feel they are gaining the skills and experience to grow their careers.
- External signals:
- Compensation Sentiment: External reviews frequently praise Klaviyo’s competitive salary, bonuses, equity, RSUs, ESPP, 401(k) match, learning stipend and generous benefits. (Glassdoor; Comparably)
- Rewards Ratings: Comparably rates Klaviyo’s compensation an A and perks and benefits an A. (Comparably)
- Employee Value Signals: Reviews highlight PTO, health insurance, parental leave, office amenities, learning support and work-life balance as part of the overall rewards package. (Glassdoor; Comparably)
Bottom line: Klaviyo keeps compensation competitive by combining salary, bonus opportunities, equity, ESPP, retirement support, benefits and learning resources with a culture that rewards ownership, measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
