Your ImpactAs a Partner Sales Manager for Iberia, you will be the primary driver for expanding and managing strategic relationships within the local channel ecosystem. You will translate high-level strategic objectives into executable business plans that grow revenue and facilitate cooperative pipeline generation. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence investment decisions and ensure our portfolio effectively addresses the diverse needs of our partners and their clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and build long-term, impactful engagements that align with our corporate growth targets.
Minimum Qualifications- Proven track record in channel sales, specifically selling IT solutions for medium and large Enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success and deep knowledge of Enterprise Value-Added Resellers (VARs) within the Iberia territory.
- Significant experience in Field Channel Sales and the execution of strategic partner programs.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding assigned annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is considered a plus.
- Availability to spend 40% of time traveling in the region
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex, cross-functional relationships.
