What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue generated through assigned channel partners, resellers, systems integrators, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that align partner capabilities with company sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders, including sales, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams to execute joint account strategies and maximize pipeline growth.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast partner-driven revenue, and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Enable partners through training, product updates, competitive positioning, and sales best practices.
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and demand generation campaigns with partner marketing teams.
  • Recruit new strategic partners where appropriate to expand market coverage.
  • Negotiate partner engagement plans and ensure compliance with channel programs and partner agreements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Operations to remove obstacles and accelerate opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance using key metrics and develop action plans to improve productivity and revenue contribution.
  • Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies to effectively position company solutions.

What you will have


  • 5+ years channel sales and territory management in security sectors.
  • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
  • Must have experience delivering sales trainings, and experience working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.
  • College or University degree preferred.
