Impact As a Partner Account Executive – Services in the UKI region, you will serve as the primary catalyst for our partner ecosystems engagement with Services Sales. You will act as a strategic advisor to our most critical partners, driving the adoption of Cisco Services within the Partners own services and solutions as well as being an advocate to the Partners sales team to deliver exceptional value to our mutual customers. By blending deep relationship management with data-driven insights, you will accelerate revenue growth and Premium Services penetration rates whilst ensuring operational excellence across a focused set of partners.
- Owns the Partner business relationship to establish, develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with select Partners and understands their business models, strategy and capabilities and how Premium Services can positively impact these
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor to partner leadership, cultivating long-term relationships that align partner capabilities with Cisco’s strategic objectives. Leverage deep understanding of UKI market trends to guide partner investment and business direction.
- Guides partner business strategies towards Cisco Premium Services, encouraging the adoption and expansion of Cisco Services within the Partners overall solutions and funnel
- Strategic Planning & GTM Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive partner account plans. Collaborate with partners to design and implement robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that differentiate their offerings and capture new market share.
- Builds and/or strengthens Partner capabilities & practices and develops differentiated GTM solutions and strategies to drive growth of Cisco Premium Services through Partners
- Orchestrates Partner solutions and services practices to align with the company’s technology portfolio, driving innovation, market expansion, and competitive differentiation via co-sell and co delivery.
- Demand Generation: Plan and drive targeted demand generation campaigns. Work cross-functionally to build a healthy pipeline and ensure partners are equipped with the resources necessary to convert opportunities into closed business.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and manage partner performance through regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Maximize the utilization of Cisco programs and incentives to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Act as an internal advocate for your partners. Engage Cisco sales teams early in the sales cycle to ensure alignment, coordinate cross-functional resources, and orchestrate complex partner ecosystems to deliver integrated customer solutions.
