About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Review Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll review and update property information using digital tools and aerial imagery.

Job Summary:
As a Parcel Analyst at Vision Government Solutions, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality parcel inventory projects that support accurate and reliable property records. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, and working with specific project tools and systems in a remote environment. In this role, your contributions will help ensure parcel data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review aerial imagery and property records to identify updates
- Enter and update data in internal systems
- Make simple edits to property sketches using PDF tools
- Check records for accuracy and flag anything unclear
- Help keep property data consistent and up to date
- Stay on track with daily work goals while maintaining quality
- Communicate with team members to support workflow

Skills Required
- Experience analyzing aerial imagery to identify property characteristics and structural changes.
- Experience conducting parcel inventories and entering/updating parcel data in CAMA systems.
- Proficiency with client CAMA systems.
- Proficiency with PDF editing tools to update dwelling sketches.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Ability to review parcel records, identify discrepancies, and escalate unclear data.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data.
- Effective communication and teamwork to support workflow and project completion.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
