The Role

We’re looking for a Paralegal to partner directly with and support two experienced in-house attorneys across corporate governance, litigation support, and regulatory matters.

This role is highly hands-on and central to how legal operates across multiple business lines. You’ll be trusted to manage active matters, maintain structure across entities, and keep legal workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage a steady flow of active matters in a structured environment where organization and follow-through are critical. If you enjoy working closely with attorneys, taking ownership of your work, and bringing organization to complex legal processes, this role offers strong visibility and impact.

Department: Legal
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite; potential for hybrid flexibility over time)
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000

What You’ll Do

• Manage ~30–40 active legal matters across corporate, litigation, and compliance workstreams
• Partner closely with in-house attorneys on filings, documentation, and litigation-related materials
• Support corporate governance activities, including entity maintenance, licensing, and annual filings
• Assist with litigation support, including document organization, discovery coordination, and case tracking, with a focus on TCPA (consumer protection) litigation
• Maintain organized legal records and ensure accuracy across documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and move matters forward
• Conduct legal research and assist with document review as needed

What We’re Looking For

• ~3–7 years of paralegal experience
• Experience supporting corporate, litigation, or regulatory matters
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Clear communicator who can work across different teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Paralegal certification (NALA or equivalent)
• Experience in a multi-entity or high-growth company environment
