SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate, with at least two years of litigation experience
- At least six years of litigation experience if the candidate does not have a degree or paralegal certificate
- Experience in all phases of litigation and trial preparation
- Experience with large document production and discovery
- Experience interviewing witnesses and experts
- Experience drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records
- Experience with large-scale multi-party litigation
- Willingness to travel
