You will support solicitors delivering high-quality client work within our Birmingham Local Government Team. Key Responsibilities
- Imputing data into standard agreements
- Liaising with clients. solicitors and third parties via email and telephone
- Engrossing documents and attending to completion arrangements
- Drafting SDLT returns
- Making applications to HMLR and responding to requisitions
