We're now looking for a motivated Paralegal Intern to support our in-house legal team with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the business side of law within a tech environment.
Requirements:
- Organize, file, and maintain contracts and legal documents (digital and physical)
- Track contract deadlines, renewals, and expiration dates
- Assist with preparing and formatting documents, templates, and correspondence
- Enter and update contract, deadline, and document data in Excel tracking sheets
- Maintain and update document management system/database
- Conduct basic research and compile information as requested (e.g., vendor info, public records)
- Help prepare summaries or checklists from documents (under supervision)
- Assist with NDA and vendor agreement processing/tracking
- Support compliance-related administrative tasks (e.g., tracking policy acknowledgments)
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Policy, Technology Management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong familiarity with spreadsheets, document management tools, and standard office software (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
