Location: Any Kelley Kronenberg office in Florida, preference for our Fort Lauderdale HQ.
We’re looking for a Foreclosure Paralegal who can run a full desk on foreclosure matters for a busy and collaborative Foreclosure Division! If you’ve spent your career moving foreclosure matters from referral to final judgment (and beyond), and you’re ready to bring that experience to a firm with one of the most active foreclosure practices in the state, this is worth a conversation.
Kelley Kronenberg’s Foreclosure team continues to grow, and we’re looking for a paralegal who provides full case support from open to close; not someone handling pieces of a file, but someone trusted to own it. This role can be based out of any of our Florida office locations, and comes with the stability of a firm recognized as one of South Florida’s Best Places to Work by the Sun-Sentinel.
What Makes This Role Different- Your Choice of Office: Join us at any Kelley Kronenberg location across Florida!
- Full Case Involvement: You’ll provide complete, end-to-end case support on a high-volume, collaborative Foreclosure team.
- Long-Term Investment: Competitive pay, strong benefits, and a firm that genuinely prioritizes growth and work-life balance.
As a full lifecycle Foreclosure Paralegal providing complete case support, you will:
- Manage foreclosure matters through every stage of litigation, from referral to final judgment and beyond, keeping deadlines on track at each step.
- Draft correspondence, standard pleadings, basic motions, and notices accurately and on time.
- E-file through E-Portal and handle electronic service on opposing counsel.
- Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals, screening and directing communication on the attorney’s behalf.
- Keep BKFS/Tempo records current, ensuring every active file reflects status within a 30-day window.
- Track documentation produced in response to agency requests.
- Pitch in on additional administrative tasks that keep the unit running smoothly.
- Full-Cycle Foreclosure Background: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in foreclosure (or foreclosure and bankruptcy), with a clear understanding of how a file moves from open to close.
- Florida Court Knowledge: Comfort with Florida court procedures, e-filing platforms, and foreclosure-specific deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) and/or BKFS/Tempo is a plus.
- Organizational Strength: Able to juggle a heavy caseload without letting quality slip.
- Clear Communicator: Comfortable representing the Firm professionally with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Dependable Team Player: Someone the team can rely on when volume picks up.
