We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This is an experienced legal professional role for a self-starter who plays a proactive role in case strategy, enterprise projects, and stakeholder interaction. Building on a foundation of significant paralegal experience, the successful candidate will be eager to dig into complex processes within the employment legal team and provide high-level support through sophisticated case preparation and project management.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format.
• Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities.
• Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff.

Expected Qualifications:

• 6 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors’ degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required.

• Independently manage litigation support for employment matters, including drafting litigation hold notices, compiling case documentation, and assisting with communications related to active disputes and investigations.
• Experience in Employment Law
• Experience supporting global teams
• Apply a high degree of attention to detail and a proactive approach to paralegal work.

The USA national hourly pay range for this role is $30 to $49
