Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal – Contract Operations to support our contract management and supplier agreement processes. This role will initially focus on leading a contract solicitation initiative to ensure all active buy-side (supplier) agreements are collected and stored in the enterprise contract repository.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to conduct supplier outreach, organize documentation, and support Contract Operations reporting and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the contract solicitation effort to ensure all active supplier agreements are identified, collected, and uploaded into the enterprise contract repository
- Coordinate with suppliers via phone calls and email to collect missing contracts and ensure repository completeness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and any supporting team members to manage contract collection efforts efficiently
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret contract data, identify trends, and generate insights to support decision-making
- Track progress, organize documentation, and prepare status reports for the Contract Operations team
- Assist with legal and contract-related research, fact investigation, and documentation review
- Draft and revise legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and related agreements, as needed
- Support the organization, execution, and maintenance of buy-side (supplier) agreements
- Participate in user testing for software updates that may affect Contract Operations systems, including contract repository and e-signature tools
- Help identify opportunities to improve contract processes, tracking, and repository accuracy
- Perform contract lifecycle management (CLM) maintenance activities, including contract uploads, metadata entry, record updates, document organization, and ongoing repository housekeeping to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate work across multiple individuals or teams
- 2–4 years of experience with contract administration, legal operations, paralegal support, or contract lifecycle management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow up persistently and professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with contract repositories, e-signature platforms, or legal/contract management systems is preferred
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal/contract management training is a plus
