About This Team
The Global Compliance team is part of the Legal organization, and is responsible for policies, procedures, training and controls for anti-bribery, anti-corruption, gifting, third party due diligence, channels programs, and political compliance. This team drives global compliance training strategy, curriculum and communications. The team also assists with managing the global integrity helpline, audits and investigations, and general compliance matters or projects. The team works closely with our colleagues in Legal, Export, HR, Finance, Security, and Sales & Partner Operations. Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Legal, you will be exposed to a wide variety of matters within the overall corporate compliance program. The role will primarily support global compliance training & communications, the global integrity helpline, gifting/marketing activity compliance, and political compliance (government gifting, lobbying, revolving door and political activities), along with some general program projects and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help drive core global compliance training program content to meet learning objects and be compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Assist HR and relevant subject matter experts with holistic training curriculum and materials, including calendaring and systematic roll out, communications, tracking and reporting.
- Assist in managing the Integrity Helpline system, website, and data analytics and reporting.
- Manage day to day tasks of government relations/lobbying contracts, tracking, registration and reporting process.
- Manage day to day task of gifting pre-approval, tracking and reporting process.
- Support general compliance matters as needed including channel program ongoing monitoring and mitigation/remediation projects
Required Experience/Skills
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelors degree.
- 2-4 years work experience, preferably in a Legal or Compliance role.
- Strong applications skills such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Smartsheets; and collaboration environments such as Google Docs, Sheets and Drive.

- Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple high priority issues.

- Experience working across functions, level and cultures in a global business environment.
- Understanding of how to create and maintain policies, processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Oracle Fusion and/or NavexOne/EthicsPoint is a plus.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $85,298-$106,623 CA generally ranges; $89,007-$111,259 All other locations fall under our General State range; $74,173-$92,716 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
