Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Training at a top-tier law firm with a substantial trademark or transactional practice and across a wide range of jurisdictions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and business teams.

  • Prior experience supporting trademarks for technology-driven products, platforms, or services.

  • Hands-on experience supporting trademark disputes, including administrative proceedings.
