The PAM AI Lead is a newly created role within the Player Account Management department, established to drive the execution of our AI strategy. You will capture the AI needs of the organisation and ensure that our offering of tools, training, and best practices enables PAM to excel in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
In this role, you will lead the integration of AI into all aspects of our workflow, setting clear goals and KPIs and acting as the primary point of contact for all things AI — from tooling and exploration to new opportunities. By building and enabling a network of technical experts and AI ambassadors across PAM, you will provide hands-on support, organise training, trial new tools, and ensure best practices are widely shared.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Be accountable for the execution of the AI strategy in PAM, driving outcomes, adoption and continuous improvement

  • Own the AI tool offering for PAM, ensuring the needs of the organisation are understood, documented and met with the right solutions

  • Set goals and KPIs for AI usage and outcomes within PAM, tracking data on costs, adoption rates and productivity improvements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all AI-related questions and suggestions — both within PAM and across other Tech departments — driving common agendas and joint evaluations

  • Build and enable a community of internal AI ambassadors and technical experts, fostering an AI-first culture that inspires, trains and supports all team members

  • Run trials and assess new tools, maintaining market awareness and distinguishing between hype and realisable value

  • Own a PAM catalogue of approved and recommended MCPs and Skills, keeping it current and relevant

  • Safeguard AI tool usage in collaboration with Group Security, maintaining a healthy balance between productivity and security

  • Organise Geek Sessions and other training initiatives to build AI capability across the department

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Tech departments to share lessons learned and run joint efforts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong understanding of AI — its opportunities, risks and practical applications in a business context

  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable setting metrics, tracking adoption and using evidence to drive decisions

  • Market awareness — you keep a keen eye on AI developments and can separate meaningful trends from noise

  • Stakeholder management — able to engage, influence and collaborate across teams at all levels

  • Change leadership — comfortable driving cultural and operational change in a complex organisation

  • Security-conscious — understands the trade-offs between productivity and risk, and navigates them confidently

  • Highly organised — capable of managing multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Curious and proactive — always looking for the next opportunity to empower colleagues and improve outcomes

We believe talent knows no boundaries. Our hiring process focuses solely on your skills, experience, and potential to contribute to our team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and evaluate each candidate based on merit, regardless of personal characteristics as the age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity or disability.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of AI opportunities, risks, and practical business applications
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to set metrics, track adoption, and use evidence to guide decisions
  • Awareness of AI market developments and ability to distinguish meaningful trends from noise
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Change leadership experience in complex organizations
  • Understanding of AI security and productivity-risk trade-offs
  • Strong organization skills for managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders
