About this Opportunity
The Head of Service Delivery for Pakistan will join the Cloud Software & Services team covering all Pakistan accounts. This team includes the Head of Service Delivery, Domain Sales Manager, and a functionally led team of Program Directors, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Service Engineers, and more.
The role covers the full Ericsson CSS portfolio, with responsibilities in service delivery, customer interfacing, project portfolio governance, and financial accountability. The candidate will act as the shadow P&L owner for the business area and serve as a delegate of the Customer Unit Head of CSS for the accounts.
What You Will Do• Be overall accountable for service delivery and profitability of the CSS business in Pakistan.• Regularly interface with customers across various domains (Core Network, OSS, BSS, Managed Services, etc.).• Support the Country Manager and Account Managers in all sales engagements.• Monitor and report on program trends, capability development, and performance against plans and budgets.• Govern, steer, and follow up internally on the project portfolio.• Demonstrate strong financial understanding and business acumen to support both presales and delivery activities.• Drive add-on sales across a complex customer base.• Lead within a matrix organization and demonstrate operational leadership in project execution and planning.• Leverage agile methodologies to simplify ways of working and enable customer outcomes.• Develop and implement a long-term strategy and business plan.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You Will Bring• A university degree in Engineering/ICT; an MBA or other advanced degree is considered a plus.• A strong personal track record with 10-15 years of experience in presales and service delivery, including leadership roles.• Proven leadership skills in a multicultural, multi-geography environment.• PMP or other Project Management certifications (preferred).• Deep knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio.• Strong financial understanding and business acumen.• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and relationship management across all levels, including C-level.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, both internally and externally.• A growth mindset and a proactive approach to innovation and improvement.
