MVF is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the world's largest customer acquisition businesses, headquartered in London, and we are now expanding our Austin marketing team, with huge growth ambitions over the coming years. The Paid Social team has a close relationship with Meta and TikTok, often being the first to test new features and sharing knowledge with some of the world's largest organisations. You'll lead a team of ambitious individuals, innovation champions and growth gurus.

• Oversee and grow our already existing Paid Social team, which currently consists of three individuals at a range of experience levels.
• Working closely with the MVF's sales team in order to gather detailed information on client products and lead performance

Your responsibilities will include:

• Line managing a team of Paid Social executives and specialists. You will be responsible for the personal development of the people you manage, including performance management and salary review and will provide ongoing feedback and support as required.
• Hands on campaign management of some of our highest spending campaigns, working closely with the strategy team to grow your own portfolio and deliver against US growth plans.
• Overseeing the performance of the campaigns within your team, setting strategy and prioritising workflow to ensure campaigns scale where possible and hit their target metrics.
• Applying local marketing knowledge and strategies to your portfolio and influencing the approach of the wider team.
• Take a leading role in Paid Social and wider Marketing Team projects, driving innovation and account development on a long-term basis.
• Help to form new processes and ways of working for the team as we continue to grow the US
• Execute on value-driving projects - you'll have the opportunity to implement & lead on projects that drive value for MVF and our stakeholders
• Expert collaboration - build relationships with MVF's expert marketers across multiple channels
• Keep up to date with industry knowledge to refine your campaign strategies and influence MVF strategy

You're perfect for this role if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (direct response/lead generation/e-commerce) on at least one Paid Social Marketing channel
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of managing a team of individuals of varying experience levels
• Are an expert in Facebook Ads Manager
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills - comfortable working with large data sets
• Have experience designing and/or conceptualising high-performing creative and writing winning ad copy
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders of different seniorities
• Can show evidence of processes you have designed and implemented successfully
• Are passionate about Digital Marketing and Paid Social channels
• Love taking on challenges beyond their current role
