What you will do:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to drive ROI and reduce CPA.
- Support localization of campaigns to ensure market-specific relevance.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing intelligence, webshop, and e-commerce teams to align on funnel strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and search trends to identify new opportunities.
- Report campaign results regularly to Senior Leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Bing Ads, and campaign optimization tools.
- Proven track record of driving growth and efficiency through paid media.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; experience with Google Analytics.
- Additional technical skills on SQL, Python etc are a plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and languages; Spanish and English fluency is required.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
