As a Paid Search Regional Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing the regional paid search media strategy, driving excellence across a diverse team, and ensuring strong alignment with global goals. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and foster innovation — ultimately empowering your team to deliver best-in-class performance.
You will:
Lead the development and execution of the regional paid search strategy across multiple markets.
Inspire and guide a team of paid search professionals to align media planning with broader marketing objectives.
Manage regional paid search budgets with efficiency and strategic foresight.
Oversee campaign implementation and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
Partner closely with global teams, agencies, and platform vendors to ensure the localized execution of global initiatives.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent English, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Extensive professional experience in paid search media planning and buying, with expertise in tools like SA360, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Strong leadership experience managing regional or global paid search teams.
Exceptional analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Desirable Requirements
Up-to-date knowledge of paid search marketing trends and emerging tools.
Advanced project management skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
