Job Description
Home Lending is seeking a highly effective paid search expert to help execute the strategy, maximize our investment, champion our learning agenda, and foster the growth we expect in the channel. This role will be particularly focused on supporting the ongoing testing and optimization of ad copy, landing pages, and the overall learning agenda for both local and national strategies. We are focused on building from a strong strategic base and evolving to constantly maximize value over time.
As a Paid Search Marketing Strategy Senior Associate within Home Lending, you will be a part of the Paid Search strategy, including the ongoing testing and optimization of ad copy, landing pages, the end-to-end customer journey, and the overall learning agenda. You are a data-driven performance digital marketer who supports investments in the paid search channel to cultivate new, profitable Mortgage accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and execute strategic campaigns, build bottoms-up estimates, analyze performance, and identify optimization opportunities to deliver effective results against business targets.
Job responsibilities:
- Navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments to plan and execute audience targeting, channel plans, and creative.
- Contribute to the understanding of performance, test results, and profitability; utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize digital channel performance.
- Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization.
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and requests involving forecasting, performance, and test results.
- Develop new templates and processes to streamline execution.
- Assess what's working/not and communicate that concisely with a sense of urgency.
- Identify ad copy and landing page test plans to capitalize on channel performance.
- Contribute to the paid search roadmap and an opportunity list of new things to test.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Can support roadmap development and test-and-learn agendas.
- Fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration; recognized as a team player.
- Data-driven and analytical, while also being a creative problem-solver.
- Focused on how marketing fosters quantifiable business results.
- Vigorous and thorough in their management of details; proven ability to take initiative.
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with continuously changing priorities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
