We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Media Manager in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

The Paid Media Manager is the single point of accountability for all major media buying relationships — including placements on properties such as Investing.com, FXStreet.com, DailyFX, Forex Factory and other equivalent regional financial portals that target our ideal customers profile. They own the full media lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation through to campaign delivery, performance analysis, and renewal.

Critically, this role operates in close collaboration with Regional Marketing Executives, who surface local media opportunities and provide regional audience intelligence, but who do not manage or approve placements independently. The Global Paid Media Specialist retains full commercial and executional authority over all paid media investments.

Reporting to: CMO

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Media Buying: Manage relationships and campaigns with major global financial media (Investing.com, FXStreet, Bloomberg, Reuters, CNBC, DailyFX, Forex communities). Negotiate deals, execute orders, monitor creative implementation, and maintain a global media calendar
  • Budget & Financial Management: Own and track the global paid media budget, optimize spend, negotiate efficiencies, and provide forecasts and reconciliations
  • Creative Management: Brief creative team, ensure ad compliance with specs, manage asset library, and A/B test creatives for continuous improvement
  • Regional Coordination: Evaluate regional media opportunities, conduct due diligence, and manage approved campaigns centrally while keeping regional teams informed
  • Reporting & Optimization: Deliver performance reports, track KPIs such as (CTR, CPC, CPA, FTDs & ROAS), and recommend optimizations for campaign performance

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on paid media buying and/or programmatic experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct publisher relationships and negotiating insertion orders and media contracts
  • Proven track record managing programmatic campaigns on Taboola, AdRoll, Criteo, or equivalent DSPs
  • Strong command of media planning, CPM/CPC/CPL/CPA pricing models, and campaign trafficking
  • Proficiency in ad tracking, UTM management, pixel implementation, and conversion attribution
  • Experience working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, or equivalent) and BI dashboards
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to manage multiple publisher relationships simultaneously
  • High numerical literacy: comfortable building media plans, budget trackers, and ROI models in Excel or Google Sheets
