About the Role
Freethink is on the hunt for an intelligent, motivated, eager-to-learn Paid Media Specialist. We’re looking for someone capable of working independently to launch new social campaigns, make daily optimizations across multiple channels, maintain pacing documents, and report on campaign performance and takeaways.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage paid social campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Provide expert targeting perspective, helping us reach niche desired audiences
- Develop paid social strategies for our overall business goals
- Present strategy and performance recommendations to the broader team and effectively communicate campaign result
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social and Google Ads
- Experience with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Excel, and other data management platforms
- Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate the insights and recommendations to guide strategy
- An absolute eye for correctness
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
