Develop and maintain integrations between third-party content providers and enterprise LMS/LXP platforms. Implement new integrations (catalog sync, xAPI completion tracking), handle partner-specific auth (OAuth2, SAML2, SFTP), debug sync/auth/completion issues, improve retry/error handling and observability, and ensure catalog and completion data meet partner API specifications within an existing Rails integration framework.

Provide on-site IT support and help desk management for a 100+ distributed workforce. Manage onboarding/offboarding, provision hardware, administer SaaS apps and MDM, maintain on-prem storage and networking, run backups and LTO operations, manage asset inventory, oversee OS/software updates, and support PostgreSQL backups for DaVinci Resolve workstations. Make hardware lifecycle decisions and support cloud storage and AWS integrations.
