We are currently hiring for the role of Paid Media Specialist.

SUMMARY

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and scaling of our paid search and shopping programs by orchestrating AI across every layer of the workflow, from creative and copy generation to bidding, feed management, and reporting.

This is not a set-it-and-forget-it campaign role. You'll be the operator who turns a large, complex product catalog into a repeatable, scalable paid media engine, and the person we trust to ensure every dollar drives EBITDA-accretive growth. Success is measured rigorously: we hold paid media to a true-incrementality standard (measuring incremental ROAS through controlled experiments rather than last-click attribution) and you'll execute within that framework as we expand into new channels.

You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, with support from a junior analyst and a central data analytics team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Performance Max, AI Max, Search, Shopping, and Local Inventory Ads.
  • Orchestrate AI across the full campaign lifecycle: leading with creative and ad copy generation, then campaign automation and bidding, feed/SKU management, and analytics to manage a 100K+ SKU, 300+ brand account at scale.
  • Build and execute a repeatable framework that can be applied consistently across a large, complex product catalog and replicated as new platforms come online.
  • Manage and optimize product feeds across a high-SKU catalog, ensuring accuracy, coverage, and segmentation that supports profitable scaling.
  • Help launch and validate new advertising platforms and channels within our iROAS testing framework, ensuring each addition is proven EBITDA-accretive before scaling.
  • Design, execute, and interpret controlled incrementality experiments and A/B tests to measure incremental impact and guide budget allocation.
  • Make data-driven decisions on spend, structure, and optimization, partnering with the junior analyst and central data analytics team on measurement and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative content, and brand teams to source and refine ad-copy and creative assets.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on paid media buying experience, with a focus on paid search and shopping.
  • Direct experience advertising for an eCommerce business with 100K+ SKUs and 10+ brands.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to manage and scale an ad account (across creative/copy generation, automation and bidding, and feed management).
  • Proven expertise running Local Inventory Ads, Search, and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience designing and executing controlled incrementality and A/B tests, and a strong track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to build and execute repeatable frameworks across large, complex accounts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and content teams for ad copy and creative needs.
  • Strong analytical fluency; comfort working alongside analysts and a data team on measurement and incrementality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with out-of-home (OOH) and other non-digital advertising methods.
  • Experience with paid social.
  • Familiarity with incrementality concepts (iROAS, synthetic control, causal measurement) and a bias toward proving profitability before scaling.
  • Experience launching paid media on new platforms within a structured testing framework.
  • Experience in creating and managing display advertising within search and social networks.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep platform fluency in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Performance Max, AI Max, Search, Shopping, and Local Inventory Ads.
  • Practical command of AI tools across the campaign lifecycle—creative and ad copy generation, bid and budget automation, feed/SKU management, and reporting.
  • Product feed management at scale: accuracy, coverage, and segmentation across a 100K+ SKU, 300+ brand catalog.
  • Analytical rigor and comfort with large data sets; able to translate performance data into EBITDA-accretive spend decisions.
  • Systems thinking—builds repeatable, documented frameworks rather than one-off campaign fixes.
  • Clear cross-functional communication with creative, content, brand, analytics, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Ownership and bias for action; thrives with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-SKU environment.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic buying (DSPs, real-time bidding, audience targeting, and retargeting) and how programmatic display and video complement paid search and shopping.
  • Curiosity and adaptability—quick to test, learn, and adopt new platforms, tools, and AI capabilities.
