The expected salary range for this position is $90,070.00 - $112,580.00. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. This career specialist delivers digital experiences through a variety of different media that enhance Compassion's brand and provide supporters with best-in-class digital interactions. The incumbent further brings a digital audience from general awareness to active advocacy on behalf of children in poverty using Compassion's diverse digital media channels. At this career level, the incumbent generally executes digital experience projects independently or participates as a team member for major, complex, or international initiatives. He or she may coach and oversee the work of other specialists.
What will you do?

Maintain a sharp focus on bottom-line performance for the Paid Media P&L in order to drive the profitable expansion of a portfolio of paid media initiatives in an environment that is not budget constrained.

Manage tactical execution processes on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display, and remarketing.

Conduct profitability analysis on opportunity segments (i.e. keywords, bidding, devices) to unlock growth.

Analyze the paid search landscape and identify key opportunities.

Constantly seek out growth opportunities.

Conduct competitive analyses, and keyword research, and stay current with paid media trends and best practices in order to inform channel strategy and UX.

Help continuously vet and expand into new paid media channels that allow us to grow audience and reach while driving additional revenue.

Monitor results closely and makes informed decisions quickly.

Work together with our team to hypothesize, develop, and launch data-driven experiences to optimize the conversion funnel

Measure and report on performance.

Be responsible for paid media performance metrics and make proactive, data-driven decisions to drive profitable growth.

Effectively communicate with senior leadership on financial metrics, issues, and opportunities.
What do you bring?

At least 5 years of experience in paid media or analytical roles, with a track record of driving meaningful results

Expertise in performance paid media principles such as keywords, ads, bidding automation, conversion funnels, website optimization, creative testing, and audience segmentation

Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook, GA4 and related tools

Experience in leveraging complex data to drive business decisions. Strong Excel expertise required. Competency in statistics is preferred.
