Position Summary:
As a Paid Media Specialist at National University, you will drive the success of our digital marketing campaigns by planning, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels. Working closely with the Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will develop and manage social media, display, and video campaigns that align with our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who stays updated on industry trends, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to driving results-driven campaigns.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and monitoring.
- Build and manage display/video campaigns within our demand-side platform (DSP) and over-the-top (OTT) partners.
- Proactively monitor daily budget allocation and adjust as needed to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and present data-backed insights to inform creative direction.
- Conduct ongoing competitive research to plan, identify, and report on new opportunities.
- Own reporting, analysis, and communication of channel performance weekly and monthly, including forecasting and providing actionable recommendations.
- Utilize data insights to continually recommend improvements in campaign performance, reduce cost per conversion metrics, and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of display/video advertising on DSPs and OTT platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency. Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $50,790.00 - $68,570.00
