We are seeking a Paid Media Campaign Specialist to promote sponsored content across digital channels. You will use your digital marketing skills to create and deliver paid media plans, ensuring we reach the right audience through the right channels. You’ll work on a variety of campaigns promoting written content, live broadcasts, videos, and podcasts.
About the Role:
As a Paid Media Campaign Specialist, you will:
- Manage day-to-day operations to deliver paid marketing campaigns on target.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign proposals, planning, deployment, and delivery of paid media campaigns.
- Optimize audience segmentation and targeting throughout campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance, provide recommendations and compile a post-campaign analysis.
- Guide internal teams on paid media strategies, promotional tactics and best practices.
- Maintain social media calendar and ensure organic posting is on track.
- Work closely with the Audience Development Manager to conduct and analyze test plans.
About You:
As a Paid Media Campaign Specialist, you will likely have:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 2-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and content syndication advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media bidding tactics and best practices.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting.
- Proficiency in ad manager platforms, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content marketing promotional tactics.
- Digital media agency experience.
- Experience with Google Ads Suite and best practices.
- Experience working in a hybrid setup with multi-regional teams.
Work Setup: This is a hybrid role based in Gdansk (Poland), working with teams in the US, UK, and APAC regions. Expected working hours are 8am-4pm local time.
