You understand the importance of the interaction between strategic and operational execution and ensure progress in your tasks.

What you can look forward to in this Role:

  • Plan and setup of global digital marketing campaigns on key digital media channels
  • Define Key Performance Indicators, measure and report.
  • Optimize, execute, test new approaches, conversion tests, A/B split-tests etc.
  • Identify campaign trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Degree in marketing or a related field 
  • Proven experience in digital media management.
  • Experience leading and managing paid search advertising, social media - preferable LinkedIn, display advertising campaigns and good understanding of SEO and email marketing.
  • Experience of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and empower.
  • Solid experience of setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge about all the relevant abbreviations: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, MQL, SQL etc.
  • Experience in B2B is an advantage but not required.
  • Fluent in English – both verbally and in writing
