We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Paid Marketing Manager with a Lead Generation Focus, who will report directly to our Lead Generation Manager.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Paid Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on driving high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

    •  Paid Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels to generate leads.
    • Content and Asset Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure ad copy, visuals, and landing pages align with campaign objectives and deliver high conversion rates.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze key campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the paid advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI and lead acquisition.
    • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments with ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to identify the best-performing strategies.
    • Collaboration with Lead Generation Team: Partner with the inbound marketing team to align paid efforts with organic lead generation strategies.


    Qualifiche

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation.
    • Skills:  
    1. Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
    2. Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
    3. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
    4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly​​​​​​​
    •  Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    •  Bonus Points: 
    1. Experience in the healthcare or tech industry.
    2. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs for lead management.
