RunPod is pioneering the future of AI and machine learning, offering cutting-edge cloud infrastructure for full-stack AI applications. Founded in 2022, we are a rapidly growing, well-funded company with a remote-first organization spread globally. Our mission is to empower innovators and enterprises to unlock AI's true potential, driving technology and transforming industries. Join us as we shape the future of AI.

The growth team is responsible for anything that has to do with generating more revenue for the company at scale. So getting more inbound traffic, more signups, having those signups convert to paying users at scale, that’s us. We take on things like email campaigns, social media, general lead gen functions, etc. But having 1-1 customer conversations, we’d hand off to the Sales team, because even though closing customers is generating revenue, it’s not at scale. We don’t trade our time for revenue - we set up processes that’ll earn the company revenue as we sleep.
So far it’s a small team of 3 who wear many hats and work together IRL everyday in SF. We sprint Monday-Friday, work very intensely to hit a key objective for the week. We don’t care about working hours generally within the team, but definitely collaborate a bunch with other teams so we’re mindful of their meeting hours. As long as you get your stuff done when you say you will, no one cares if you choose to work 9-5 or 5-9. Ideally, this person will be located in SF and be able to collaborate with the team in person at our SF office.

We’re looking to scale up our paid acquisition strategy, especially Google ads. You’ll essentially own everything we do with Google ads: from keyword research, copywriting, budget optimizations, and everything else we don’t know about. You should be coming up with new things to try every single day and constantly experimenting to see what sticks. Ideally, you’ll take a very scientific/engineering focused approach to Google Ads, and scale up winning strategies after experimenting a ton.
Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership over existing Google Ads campaigns
  • Creating new Google ads campaigns to further drive user acquisition
  • Experimenting with other Ads platforms and creating strategies for them
  • Keyword research for better targeting potential users
  • Testing Google ads budgets to maximize ROAS
  • Writing world-class Ad copy (seriously, don’t half ass this)
  • Working with design contractors to get ad creatives

Requirements:

  • A robust understanding of our ideal customer (AI developers), their pain points and how to target them
  • A history of doing great Google Ads work in the past ex. Running ecommerce campaigns, or ads for a company with >2x 12mo ROAS on >1M annual ad spend.
  • Great copywriting skills
  • Strong communication skills - our team talks everyday at all hours of the day
  • Successful completion of a background check

Preferred:

  • Web development experience (for building out campaign-specific landing pages)
  • Experience working with bing ads, x.com ads, reddit ads, facebook ads, and other ads networks

What You’ll Receive:

  • The competitive base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $130,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills and experience
  • Stock options
  • The flexibility of remote work with an inclusive, collaborative team.
  • An opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and user-centric design.
  • Generous vacation policy to ensure work-life harmony and well-being.
  • Contribute to a company with a global impact based in the US, Canada, and Europe.
