Responsibilities include capacity and utilization reporting, tranche fill analysis, capex and cash forecasting, GPU ownership modeling, fleet unit economics, pricing floors, infrastructure investment evaluation, commercial negotiation support, scenario analysis, and variance reporting. The role builds finance processes and dashboards from scratch while partnering with Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, and Sales.

Own finance analytics for Sales and GTM, including pipeline forecasting, revenue projections, pricing and deal modeling, sales commission administration, and marketing ROI analysis. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to align targets, improve reporting infrastructure, and guide budget allocation. This hands-on role builds scalable processes from the ground up and translates financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Lead Runpod’s security organization and own the security posture of its cloud platform, infrastructure, and corporate environments. Responsibilities include security strategy, cloud and application security, SecOps, GRC, compliance certifications, secure software development, threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, vendor risk, security automation, and infrastructure security. Build and mentor a distributed security team while partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, GTM, and Legal to protect customer AI workloads and support scalable growth.

Own and scale Runpod’s affiliate program while consolidating creator and influencer partnerships into a performance-based growth channel. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing affiliates and creators, designing incentives, tracking signups and revenue in PartnerStack, developing partnership campaigns, supporting employee and executive content, managing contracts and payouts, and reporting performance to marketing leadership. The role works cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, DevRel, PR/Comms, Sales, and Marketing Operations.

Secure Runpod’s multitenant GPU cloud infrastructure across bare-metal and virtualized environments. Responsibilities include designing workload and network isolation, hardening Linux kernels and container platforms, testing hypervisor and hardware security, developing low-level controls in C, Go, or Rust, securing GPU and PCIe interactions, and responding to infrastructure security incidents with forensic capabilities for ephemeral containers.

Own Runpod’s video program as a senior hands-on producer and player-coach. Edit technical videos, demos, launches, social cutdowns, paid ads, customer reels, and event wraps. Establish intake, production workflows, templates, measurement, and delivery standards while making final craft decisions. Build programmatic video pipelines with Remotion or equivalent, create motion graphics in After Effects, manage freelance partners, and ensure products are presented clearly to developer audiences.

Lead end-to-end LLM inference performance across serving systems, models, GPU hardware, and workloads. Define rigorous benchmarks, diagnose bottlenecks from scheduling through kernels and interconnects, optimize single- and multi-node deployments, and deliver production-ready runtimes and configurations. Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams, evaluate inference technologies, and implement runtime fixes. The role requires strong Python engineering, production experience with serving engines such as vLLM or SGLang, GPU profiling, and knowledge of modern inference optimization techniques.

Lead and scale Runpod’s analytics and business intelligence function, managing analysts and BI practitioners while setting the analytics roadmap. Own core company metrics, consumption and marketplace analytics, self-service reporting, experimentation practices, and executive and board-level insights. Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, Security, Supply, and Go-to-Market leaders to improve data quality, modeling, decision-making, and strategic outcomes.

Design, scale, and operate Runpod’s distributed storage platform across network volumes, local NVMe, and S3-compatible object storage. Tune storage and high-speed network performance, lead capacity expansions and migrations, write production automation and control-plane code, extend APIs, and build observability, dashboards, SLOs, and alerts. The role also participates in on-call operations, incident response, infrastructure-as-code practices, and long-term architecture decisions for petabyte-scale AI infrastructure.

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Runpod’s AI cloud platform, including GPU infrastructure, serverless endpoints, APIs, foundational services, and developer experience. Lead and scale the product and design organization, engage customers, partner with engineering and infrastructure leadership, establish pricing and packaging, guide go-to-market strategy, and prioritize initiatives using product analytics and customer insights.

Lead Runpod’s Americas sales organization and revenue number across new business, expansion, and renewals. Manage and coach Account Executives and Account Managers, oversee forecasting and pipeline, lead complex enterprise deals and contract negotiations, build regional go-to-market strategy and sales playbooks, and convert product-led demand into revenue. Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance while improving sales efficiency through AI and developing a remote-first team.

Lead Revenue Operations, owning CRM architecture, data infrastructure, forecasting, reporting, compensation and territory design, and oversight of Deal Desk and Enablement. Drive GTM alignment, implement revenue technology and AI-powered automation, and support PLG and enterprise motions to scale ARR and operational efficiency.

Provide advanced L2 technical support for Runpod customers: troubleshoot escalated issues, analyze logs and code, use scripting and diagnostics, liaise with engineering and infra teams, create documentation and training, and deliver multi-channel support including weekend availability.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and business performance for a core AI infrastructure product area. Drive customer research, KPI-driven roadmaps, business cases, cross-functional launches, and measurable outcomes for adoption, retention, revenue, and platform expansion.

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to drive retention, renewals, upsells, and expansion. Monitor account health and usage, conduct business reviews, build account plans and forecasts, liaise with product/engineering/support, maintain CRM data, handle renewals and negotiations, and occasionally travel to customers or industry events.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure software (primarily in Go) to manage VMs across global data centers. Collaborate on product requirements, participate in code reviews, optimize performance and reliability, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay current with industry trends.
