Role Overview
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience in managing and
optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You should have hands-on expertise in at least one
major platform—Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Kwai—and a strong track record of
delivering results against aggressive performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CPL).
This is a remote-first position with flexible working hours, designed for high-performing
individuals who thrive independently and take ownership of campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across one or more platforms: Google, Meta,
TikTok, or Kwai.
• Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and tracking systems.
• Continuously monitor performance and make strategic adjustments based on data insights.
• Deliver on key performance goals such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct creative testing and audience experimentation to find winning combinations.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to internal teams or clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with creative and tech teams to improve ad assets and conversion flows.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in paid media buying, with clear performance results.
• Deep understanding of at least one of the platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or
Kwai.
• Strong data analysis skills using platform dashboards and tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and hit aggressive performance goals.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Nice to Have
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or automation platforms (e.g.,
n8n).
• E-commerce or game campaign experience.
• Creative thinking for ad copy and visual direction.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (especially for global campaigns).
