Who you are
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Acquisition Team Lead to oversee and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns, driving pipeline growth by segment and region through data-driven acquisition strategies. This role requires a proven track record in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within B2B SaaS environments at scale, including large ARR goals and managed budgets, as well as strong leadership abilities to guide a team of campaign managers toward performance excellence.
Job Requirements
What you will do..
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven paid acquisition strategies to drive user acquisition, conversions, and pipeline growth, with SQLs as the primary KPI across segments and regions.
- Revamp search (Google, Bing) and paid social strategies (LinkedIn, Meta) to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency, while exploring new opportunities for expansion.
- Manage budgets efficiently, optimizing bids, targeting, and placements to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid acquisition campaign managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research and in-depth analysis to inform campaign strategies and create data-driven, customer-centric messaging.
- Collaborate with conversion optimization teams, website, creative performance, and revenue operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and maximize impact.
- Work closely with SEO, design, content, and product marketing teams to execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that expands audience reach, strengthens brand visibility, and drives business growth.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging paid acquisition strategies, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class execution, with a focus on expanding visibility and readiness for advertising on AI-driven platforms.
